(A) Pole barns are prohibited in all districts except:
(1) In the Single-Family Residential - Rural or R-B District; and
(2) In the Industrial or I District.
(B) Exterior metal panel buildings are prohibited in all districts except:
(1) In the Single-Family Residential - Rural or R-B District;
(2) In the Industrial or I District; and
(3) In the Local Business-A or LB-A District if no more than 65% of the total surface area of the front elevation and any street elevation is covered with metal panels.
