§ 155.096 PLAT OR SITE PLAN REQUIRED WITH IMPROVEMENT LOCATION PERMIT APPLICATION.
   (A)   Each application for an improvement location permit shall be accompanied by a plat or site plan, in duplicate, drawn to scale, showing:
      (1)   The actual dimensions of the lot to be built upon or improved;
      (2)   The location of the structure, improvement, or use to be altered, changed, placed, erected, or located, and the manner in which the location is to be improved;
      (3)   The size of any building to be erected, reconstructed, or structurally altered;
      (4)   The size of yards and open spaces;
      (5)   Existing or proposed streets and alleys adjoining or within the lot; and
      (6)   Any other information as shall be necessary for the enforcement of this chapter.
   (B)   A careful record shall be kept of all the applications and plats or site plans in the office of the Building Inspector.
