§ 155.075 APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER TO NONCONFORMING USES CREATED BY AMENDMENT.
   The provisions of this subchapter apply in the same manner to a use which may become a nonconforming use due to any amendment to the Zoning Ordinance passed after its original adoption (3-25-1957).
