No building shall be erected, reconstructed, or structurally altered if it would thereby fail to comply to the height, maximum lot coverage, minimum ground floor area, or vision clearance regulations, as set forth in the Table 3 and footnotes thereto (as contained in Appendix C following this chapter) as applicable to the district.
