No building shall be erected, reconstructed, or structurally altered in any manner which will encroach upon or reduce in any manner the lot and yard requirements as set forth in Table 2 (contained in Appendix B following this chapter) including the footnotes thereto, as established and specified for the use and district in which the building is located.
