§ 130.06 TAMPERING WITH CITY PROPERTY/UTILITIES.
   No person shall have access to or tamper with, work in, use, repair, attach, adjust, and/or regulate any property or device owned by the city except city employees in the course and scope of their employment or agents of the city under agreements authorized by the city. The property or device shall include, but is not limited to, electric transformers, substations, meters, meter boxes, poles, junction boxes, service lines, and all associated equipment above ground or underground, water meters, meter boxes, hydrants, flush valves, valves, and piping, sewer clean-outs, manholes, and piping, storm basins, storm pipes, curbs, sidewalks, drives, approaches, roadways, buildings, and/or fences, tools, trucks, tractors, grading equipment, mowing equipment, and other equipment. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be liable for a fine as prescribed by § 10.99 and, in addition, shall be liable for any damages caused to city property.
