§ 130.05 POSTERS OR SIGNS ON UTILITY POLES OR TREES.
   (A)   The policy of the city is not to allow political posters or signs of any sort, on any utility poles or trees in the city when the poles or trees are:
      (1)   Owned by the city or any of its agencies or subsidiary corporations; or
      (2)   Located on public property, or on a public right-of-way or easement, either primary or secondary.
   (B)   Any city or utility officer or employee is hereby authorized to remove any such poster or sign; provided, however, that this policy shall be uniformly and equitably enforced without regard to the political party or candidate represented by the poster or sign.
