§ 112.20 REGULATION OF BUSINESS ACTIVITY.
   The following regulations govern the conduct of business under a registration certificate.
   (A)   No peddler nor itinerant merchant may sell nor offer to sell any commodity, except newspapers, to the occupant of any dwelling place, either by going from dwelling place to dwelling place or by telephone, before 9:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. local time without first securing permission from a resident of the dwelling place.
   (B)   No peddler nor itinerant merchant shall ask for nor accept an invitation to enter a house from a minor child.
   (C)   No minor child shall be asked to buy anything nor to answer any personal questions without his or her parent or guardian being present.
   (D)   The owner, occupant, or person in charge of any premises may place a sign at the door or other entrance to the premises saying “No Soliciting,” “No Peddling,” or other wording of clearly similar meaning, and all peddlers shall be obliged to honor and observe the sign.
