§ 112.18 REQUISITES OF CERTIFICATE.
   Prior to the issuance of a registration certificate, the applicant shall:
   (A)   Furnish the Clerk-Treasurer with two photographs of a size not smaller than two inches by one and one-half inches, one of which shall be attached to the registration certificate issued to the registrant and the other shall be retained in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer;
   (B)   Submit to the taking of a set of fingerprints by the Police Department and shall sign the cards upon which the fingerprints are taken;
   (C)   Deposit with the Clerk-Treasurer a bond in the penal sum of $500 executed by a surety company or two freeholders of land located within the city or a cash bond of equal amount, conditioned that all commodities not as represented will be refunded by the applicant for registration, and any person aggrieved by the action of any registrant shall have a right of action on the bond for the recovery of money or damages or both, in the event a cash bond is deposited, the bond shall be retained by the Clerk-Treasurer for 90 days after the expiration of the registration certificate in connection with which the bond was deposited; and/or
   (D)   Pay to the Clerk-Treasurer a registration fee of $20.
