§ 30.15 OFFICE OF CITY MANAGER CREATED; APPOINTMENT; SUPERVISION.
   (A)   In order to maintain all the departments under one management, the City Council deems it necessary to create an office to be known as Manager.
   (B)   The Mayor shall appoint a Manager, and the Manager shall be removed by the Council by giving 60 days’ notice, or the Manager may resign his or her office by tendering his or her resignation to the Council by giving 60 days’ notice to be served upon the Council.
   (C)   The Office of Manager shall be under the control and supervision of the Mayor at all times.
