(A) Citation and a proceeding to enforce this chapter shall be brought in the name of the city and any fine or expense paid upon judgment shall be remitted to the City General Fund.
(B) In the event prosecution of an ordinance violation is brought by the City Attorney or any other attorney designated by the city as the Municipal Prosecutor, the city shall be entitled upon trial to recover reasonable attorney fees therefor in addition to any fines or costs as otherwise provided.
