§ 110.12 LICENSE TERM.
   After the application for a license has been duly approved by the City Council, the Clerk-Treasurer shall issue a license to the applicant authorizing the operation of a commercial passenger vehicle within the municipality for a period of not more than one year from the date of issuance thereof.
