§ 110.08 COMMERCIAL VEHICLE DRIVER’S LICENSE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to drive a commercial vehicle in the city without a valid license permit issued by the city in compliance with this chapter.
   (B)   No commercial vehicle shall be driven by any individual who does not have a valid license to operate or drive the appropriate vehicle issued by or recognized as valid at law in the state and who in addition, is not a person of good character or who has a finding, judgment, conviction, or other record of any:
      (1)   Moving traffic violation within any consecutive 12-month period over the previous three years or more than five moving traffic violations within the previous five years;
      (2)   Operation or driving while under the influence;
      (3)   Misdemeanor involving violence or personal injury; and/or
      (4)   Felony.
