§ 110.07 BUSINESS AND VEHICLE LICENSES.
   It shall be unlawful to operate a commercial passenger vehicle or engage in the business thereof in the city without a valid license permit issued by the city for the business and each vehicle operated by the business. No license shall be issued to or held by any person or business entity in which a partner, officer, director, or other principal thereof, does not have good character or who has a finding, judgment, conviction, or other record of a misdemeanor or a felony involving either violence, personal injury, or moral turpitude.
