§ 110.06 RIGHTS OF VEHICLES LICENSED BY OTHER GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY.
   (A)   Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent a commercial vehicle regularly licensed by another governmental entity transporting or from delivering passengers by travel upon a federal, state, or county roadway within the city.
   (B)   This chapter shall be applicable to any commercial vehicle licensed by another governmental entity delivering passengers by travel upon a municipal roadway or portion thereof within the city.
   (C)   Only commercial vehicles and operators thereof licensed by the city are permitted to pick up or deliver passengers within the city.
