§ 110.03 VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Sanitation; equipment. All commercial vehicles shall be kept in a proper condition for safe operation and be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. Each owner and/or operator of a commercial vehicle shall deliver the vehicle to the Police Department for inspection when requested.
   (B)   Lettering. Each vehicle, while operated, shall have on each side, in letters readable from a distance of 20 feet, the name of the licensee operating it and the number of the license issued to it.
   (C)   Inspection. Each vehicle is subject to inspection at any time by the Police Department to insure the safety of its passengers and compliance with all ordinances and statutes. Any vehicle not in compliance is subject to an order by the Police Department for suspension of service.
