§ 95.02 CREATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF CITY TREE BOARD.
   There is hereby created and established a City Tree Board. The Tree Board shall consist of five members. A member must be a resident of the city. The members shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the approval of the City Council.
