It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain his or her real estate in any of the following conditions:
(A) Failing to keep the cover crop, grass, and weeds mowed to a height of six inches or less;
(B) Permitting trees or shrubbery to grow or hang over a sidewalk, street, or alley at a height of less than seven feet; and/or
(C) Permitting trees or shrubbery to grow at the intersection of any two streets or of a street and alley in such a manner as to obstruct the vision of operators of vehicular traffic.
