§ 93.05 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN PARKS RESTRICTED.
   Except as hereafter permitted, and notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, no person shall consume alcoholic beverages in areas designated as “parks” by the city. However, this restriction does not apply to the Greendale Cabin Recreational Building in connection with events which are properly sanctioned by the city. PROPERLY SANCTIONED means that the person sponsoring the event has applied in writing for permission to serve and/or consume alcoholic beverages and the request has been approved by the City Council President or City Manager. Any person violating this section shall be liable to a fine as set forth in § 10.99.
