All city parks and playgrounds will be closed at 11:00 p.m. local time, and anyone therein after that time will be fined, upon conviction, as set forth in § 10.99 for each offense. However, this section shall not apply to a person who has a valid written permit for overtime use obtained from the city, nor to persons using the Greendale Cabin under permit issued by the city.
