(A) The Fund 205 - Tree Fund Restricted (the “Fund”) is hereby established as a separate, special fund for the purpose of depositing funds received for the planting, replacement, and maintenance of trees within the City of Greendale authorized to be used by the Park Board for said purpose with majority vote of the Park Board members.
(B) The Fund restricts the use of Fund money solely for the planting, replacement, and maintenance of trees within the City of Greendale on property owned by the City of Greendale.
(C) This Fund shall remain in place until such time it is revoked or replaced.
