SCHEDULE I. PREFERENTIAL AND STOP STREETS.

   The following streets are hereby designated to be preferential streets at their intersections with the respective stop streets, as hereafter indicated, and all vehicles traveling upon the respective stop streets are required to come to a complete stop before entering or crossing the preferential street, and to yield safe right-of-way to any traffic approaching on the preferential street, in obedience to a stop sign or signal:
