§ 70.07 ENGINE BRAKE RETARDERS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No multi-axle motor vehicle or truck may use engine brake retarders upon any road within or adjacent to a Residential A or Residential B zone.
   (B)   Signs indicating the above restriction shall be erected and maintained in accordance with the State Uniform Traffic Control Manual. Any person who violates the restrictions established by this section when the required signs have been erected shall be subject to § 10.99.
