(A) Citation and a proceeding to enforce an ordinance shall be brought in the name of the city, and any fine or expense paid upon judgment shall be remitted to the City General Fund.
(B) In the event prosecution of a violation is brought by the City Attorney or another attorney designated by the city as the Municipal Prosecutor, the city shall be entitled upon trial to recover reasonable attorney fees therefore in addition to any fines or costs as otherwise provided.
