(A) No multi-axle motor vehicle or truck may travel on Ridge Avenue in a direct or “thru” manner from one terminus to the other terminus of the municipal boundaries.
(B) Signs indicating the above operation restrictions shall be erected and maintained in accordance with the State Uniform Traffic Control Manual. Any person who violates the restrictions established by this section when the required signs have been erected shall be subject to § 10.99.
