§ 70.02 ERECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF SIGNS OR SIGNALS.
   It shall be the duty of the City Manager or other officer so directed by the City Council to erect and maintain standard traffic-control signs, signals, or devices in accordance with the State Uniform Traffic Control Manual as necessary for the enforcement of the intersection controls as set forth in this chapter.
