§ 70.01 MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTION; FEES; FIREARMS TRAINING PROGRAM FUND.
   (A)   Whenever any police officer of the city conducts a vehicle inspection as provided by I.C. 9-29-4-2, a fee shall be collected in the amount of $1.

   (B)   Upon conducting an inspection and payment of the fee as provided in division (A) above, the police officer shall issue a receipt, General Form 352, for each fee collected. All monies received from the fees shall be remitted to the Clerk-Treasurer at least once every two weeks by the Police Department. The Clerk-Treasurer shall issue an official receipt for the remittances, specifying the number of general receipts (Forms 352) included therein.

   (C)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall receipt fees remitted under division (B) above to a fund to be entitled the Firearms Training Program Fund which shall be used for the various expenditures concerned with firearms training for the Police Department. All expenditures from the Fund must be processed in the same manner as other claims of the city.
