§ 111.16 INSPECTION.
   (A)   The Director of Public Safety or his or her designee shall, from time to time and at least four times a year, inspect that portion of the arcade business open to the public licensed hereunder in order to assess compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   The Director of Public Safety shall, from time to time, request the County Health Department to inspect that portion of each arcade business open to the public and licensed in order to assess compliance with the provisions of this chapter and relevant Health Department regulations.
   (C)   The Fire Chief shall, from time to time, and at least four times a year, inspect that portion of the arcade business open to the public and licensed hereunder in order to assess compliance with all applicable fire, building and zoning code regulations.
