(A) Any licensee may appeal the decision of the Director of Public Safety for the denial of the issuance of a license, the denial of a renewal of a license or the revocation of a license. An appeal must be filed within ten days of notice of nonissuance, nonrenewal or revocation, in writing, to the Board of Zoning Appeals, c/o Public Service Director, P.O. Box 278, Green, Ohio 44223-0278 stating the reason for the appeal.
(B) Any decision of the Board shall be a final, appealable order and the applicant or licensee may seek prompt judicial review of such administrative action in any court of competent jurisdiction.
