§ 30.32 LIABILITY LOSS ACCOUNT.
   (A)   There is hereby established a liability loss account to be used for the payment of claims against the city or any of its officers or employees for injury, death or loss to persons or property allegedly caused by an act or omission of the city or any of its employees, within the scope of their duties for the city, for which the city could be liable under R.C. Ch. 2744. Said funds may also be used to pay the costs of administering the account, the costs of defending claims and the costs of adjusting claims made against the city.
   (B)   The sum of $10,000 is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the general fund to the liability loss account. The funds contained in the liability loss account shall be used solely for the purposes provided for in division (A) of this section.
   (C)   The establishment of the liability loss account shall not constitute, nor be construed as, a waiver of the immunities in favor of the city contained within R.C. Ch. 2744.
