§ 93.01 NONRECREATIONAL USE OF BOETTLER PARK AND GREENSBURG PARK.
   Any person or organization wishing to use Boettler Recreational Park or Greensburg Park for a nonrecreational use may only due so in accordance with the following procedure.
   (A)   A written request must be submitted to the Parks and Recreation Superintendent at least 30 days prior to the intended nonrecreational use.
   (B)   The written request must detail with specificity the reasons, costs and duration of such nonrecreational use.
   (C)   The written request must include the plans and cost estimates to restore any affected land in Boettler Recreational Park or Greensburg Park to its former condition.
   (D)   Concurrent with the submission of the request to the Parks and Recreation Superintendent, the request shall also be submitted to the Parks and Recreation Board.
   (E)   Any and all plans for nonrecreational use of Boettler Recreational Park or Greensburg Park shall not commence until they are approved by a majority of the members of Council.
