(A) If the owner of a cemetery lot(s) desires to sell the lot(s), he or she must offer to sell the lot(s) to the city. The city may buy back a cemetery lot at the purchased price.
(B) A cemetery lot owner shall not convey, sell or transfer cemetery lot(s) to any other person, association or corporation other than the city, except as provided in § 91.08.
(C) A deed transfer administration fee shall apply to any conveyances permitted under this section of $50 payable to the city.
