(A) No person, with purpose to prevent, obstruct or delay the performance by the animal warden or any law enforcement officer of any authorized act within his or her official capacity, shall do any act which hampers or impedes said official in the performance of his or her lawful duties under the provisions of this chapter.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
