§ 90.21 EXOTIC ANIMALS AT LARGE.
   (A)   No person shall allow any exotic animal to be at large within the city or to be removed from the premises of the owner, except for purposes of transport to a public exhibition or training for a public exhibition, for scientific study at a school or research institution, for medical treatment at a licensed veterinarian’s office or facility, or for delivery for sale to any buyer of such exotic animal.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the second degree for any subsequent offense.
