(A) Except for guide and support dogs registered under R.C. § 955.011, no person shall take, lead or have in his or her possession in any store or covered mall within the city, any animal except when proceeding to a specific store or clinic for animals located therein.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
