§ 30.01 COST OF COPIES OF CITY RECORDS.
   (A)   The following costs are hereby established as the reasonable costs for copies provided to the public for records of the city:

$1 per copy
22 x 34
$2 per copy
24 x 36
$3 per copy
36 x 48
$4 per copy

   (B)   For photocopies of 8 x 11 and 8 x 14 sized documents, the initial 25 photocopies received by an individual during each month shall be provided at no charge. If an individual obtains more than 25 photocopies during any month, the individual shall pay for all copies obtained during that month at the rates set forth in division (A) of this section.
   (C)   The city will provide copies of its public records to other government entities at no charge.
   (D)   Individuals requesting public records to be forwarded to them via email shall be provided those records within a reasonable period of time at no charge, if the records are maintained in an email accessible database.
   (E)   If any individual makes a public records request, incurs a charge for compliance with that request and requests that the documents be sent to them by U.S. mail, the city will mail the documents after the receipt of the copy charge(s), including postage, that is due from that individual.
