§ 76.21 PARKING OF COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES AND COMMERCIAL TRACTORS IN RESIDENCE DISTRICTS.
   (A)   As used in this section:
      COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE shall have the same meaning given in § 71.45.
      COMMERCIAL TRACTOR shall have the same meaning given in R.C. § 4501.01(D).
   (B)   No person shall stop, park or leave standing any commercial vehicle or commercial tractor, whether attended or unattended, upon the paved or main traveled part of a street or highway in a residence district.
   (C)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
