234.02   LAW CLERK/PARALEGAL.
   (a)   The position of Law Clerk/Paralegal is hereby established in the Department of Law.
   (b)   The Law Director is authorized to hire a Law Clerk/Paralegal at a rate to be established from time to time by Council.
