§ 55.05 MAINTENANCE.

(A) All utility facilities shall be installed and maintained in accordance with this chapter and the National Electrical Safety Code, DOT Pipeline Safety Code and the National Fuel Gas Code.

(B) The Director of Public Service in coordination with the City Engineer is authorized and directed to promulgate rules and standards for the construction of underground utility facilities and that are not in conflict with this chapter.
