The following areas are designated as Underground Utilities Districts:
(A) The Massillon Road North District Underground Utilities District, bounded on the south by I-77, bounded on the north at a point 500 feet north of State Route 619 and bounded on the east and west 200 feet from the center line of Massillon Road; and
(B) The Massillon Road South District Underground Utilities District, bounded on the north by I-77, bounded on the south at a point 200 feet south of Wise Road and bounded on the east and west 200 feet from the center line of Massillon Road.
