§ 50.12 ENFORCEMENT.
   Any hauler or other person in noncompliance with the provisions of this chapter shall be issued a letter by the Director of Public Service, with a copy to the Law Director. If the noncompliance continues, the matter shall be referred to the Law Director for enforcement.
