880.99  PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both, for each offense.
   (b)   Whoever violates Section 880.09(e) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both, for each offense.  Each disclosure shall constitute a separate offense.  In addition, any employee of the City who violates Section 880.09(e), relative to the disclosure of confidential information, shall be guilty of an offense punishable by immediate dismissal.
