244.05 WORKING FOREMAN - HIGHWAY; WORKING FOREMAN - LANDS AND BUILDINGS.

(a) The positions of Working Foreman - Highway, and Working Foreman - Lands and Buildings are hereby established, with rates of compensation as determined from time to time by Council.

(b) The positions of Working Foreman - Highway, and Working Foreman - Lands and Buildings will be classified positions under the terms of the civil service rules and regulations and shall be included within the AFSCME bargaining unit.
