242.045 DISPATCH MANAGER.

   (a)   The position of Dispatch Manager is hereby established.

   (b)   The position of Dispatch Manager will be added to the listing of non-bargaining positions at pay grade level 9 and the salary range for the position shall be as set forth by Council.

   (c)   The position of Dispatch Manager is a classified position under the terms of the Civil Service Rules and Regulations.
