EDITOR'S NOTE:  At the time of the preparation of these Codified Ordinances, the City did not maintain a Police Department.  Law enforcement services are provided for the City by the Summit County Sheriff's Office under and pursuant to a contact by and between the City and such Office.
   There are no sections in Chapter 240.  This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
