§ 35.02 EXECUTION AND REVIEW OF CONTRACTS.
   (A)   The Mayor shall be designated to co-sign contracts with the Finance Director.
   (B)   The Council President shall also be authorized to co-sign contracts in the event the Mayor is not available to do so.
   (C)   The Director of Law shall review for form and correctness all contracts for the city prior to authorizing any officer to sign any such contract.
