All the laws and contracts in effect within the Township of Green, Summit County, Ohio, including, but not limited to, the following contracts: animal control; County Sheriff; County Engineer; Society National Bank; County Planning; County Building Department; Marks Cablevision; and employee collective bargaining agreements, not expressly prohibited by the Ohio Revised Code or amended by ordinance of the Council of the Village or City of Green, shall be in effect within the city until modified, amended and/or terminated by Council.
