§ 157.115 PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS REQUIRE A DISTRICT CHANGE.

In addition to the provisions of this chapter regarding the development of a PD District, an application request for any type of PD District included in this chapter is also subject to the procedures set forth in § 157.048. The original establishment and application of a PD District shall be regarded as and subject to the same requirements as a district change.
