§ 153.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Demolition of buildings. Whoever violates any provision of §§ 153.001 through 153.007 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (B)   Numbering of buildings. Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 153.045 through 153.047 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.

   (C)   Dangerous buildings.
      (1)   The owner of any dangerous building who fails to comply with any notice or order to repair, vacate or demolish such building, given by any person authorized by §§ 153.095 through 153.108 to give such notice or order, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree for each offense. Each day of noncompliance shall constitute a separate offense.
      (2)   Any owner of a dangerous building who sells, transfers, mortgages, leases or otherwise disposes of property to another without compliance with § 153.102(C) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
      (3)   The occupant or lessee in possession who fails to comply with any notice to vacate, as provided in §§ 153.095 through 153.108, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree for each offense. Each day of noncompliance shall constitute a separate offense.
      (4)   Whoever violates § 153.103 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree for each offense. Each day of noncompliance shall constitute a separate offense.
      (5)   Whoever violates any other section of §§ 153.095 through 153.108 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for each offense. Each day of noncompliance shall constitute a separate offense.
