§ 153.083 DELEGATION OF POWERS AND DUTIES.
   (A)   Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to prohibit the Fire Chief from delegating his or her duties or powers hereunder to any other employee of the Fire Department.
    (B)   Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to prohibit the Fire Chief, with the written consent of the Mayor, from delegating his or her duties or powers hereunder to another department or employee of the city.
